How to take care of your Flipper
Written by The Flipper Team on 2009-08-14We all agree that the Flipper toothbrush holder is the cutest and neatest darn thing ever. Why we call it the most innovative and functional invention of the post-modern era is because it not only comes in the best ever designs, but it helps you stay away from the dreaded dentist, by taking care of your toothbrush , which in turn takes care of your wonderful shiny white teeth! Dentists usually recommend that you change your brush your teeth every 3-4 months.
Flipper toothbrush holders are made to last at least half a lifetime, but you have to take care of your Flipper toothbrush holder. We recommend you give it a nice cleanup at least monthly. Its not only hygienic , but it also helps with the stickiness of the suction cups .
First, take away the 2 halves from the bracket that holds the Flipper toothbrush holder. (Its easy, just apply pressure slowly on the two front ends so that they are moving away, and you will find that they come apart easily).
Then drop the individual parts (there will be 5) first into soapy luke warm water. Then, dip it in luke warm water to get rid of the soap. Take out the suction cups and drop them in hot, very hot water, so that the suction cups get back into shape (if they went out of shape that is). This also helps get back the original stickiness.
Next, dry the Flipper toothbrush holder parts and put them all together. And, Voila, you will have a nicely refreshened Flipper toothbrush holder ready to protect your toothbrush from bad, bad germs.
